Responsibilities And Duties SIE Service Technicians have the responsibility to provide the best possible service, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair for customer and company equipment. Technicians will be traveling to and working in customer facilities, interacting and communicating with the customers to keep their equipment operating safely and efficiently.
