Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support day-to-day transaction processing, asset movement, fulfillment, and operational activities. This role will provide quality service and operations support to internal business partners and external clients while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, professional, and comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate complex issues or potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process standard transactions and fulfillments according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Support the movement of assets into and out of accounts.
• Perform transaction processing and reconciliation while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Process incoming mail, including deposits, and support mail sorting and distribution.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries through various communication channels.
• Research and resolve routine operational requests and follow up as needed.
• Identify potential issues or discrepancies in daily operations and escalate risk concerns appropriately.
• Provide general operational support to internal business partners and external clients.
• Ensure requests are completed accurately and in their entirety.
• Communicate professionally through email and other business channels.
