Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement behavior support plans:

2. Work with school staff to create positive behavior support plans for students with challenging behaviors.

3. Conduct assessments:

4. Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for individual students.

5. Develop and monitor plans:

6. Create and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and monitor their effectiveness.

7. Provide professional development:

8. Offer training and support to teachers, administrators, and other staff in ABA principles and evidence-based methodologies.

9. Collaborate with teams:

10. Work with school teams and families to develop and implement behavior support strategies.

11. Create materials:

12. Develop program materials, data collection forms, and other resources related to behavior analysis and support.
