• SpaceX: the firm’s affiliated manager has run a dedicated SpaceX fund series.

The role

Build and grow a book of affluent clients, founders and business owners using a complete toolkit: brokerage, advisory and hybrid accounts, plus private-market products for qualified clients. You’ll work directly with senior leadership in the Holmdel office.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and business owners
• Lead discovery meetings and deliver tailored portfolio recommendations
• Give qualified clients access to private companies like SpaceX through the firm’s affiliated manager, alongside traditional strategies
• Grow your practice through referrals, networking, and community presence across Monmouth County and the tri-state area

What you bring

• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses
• At least 1 year of experience as a financial advisor
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build your own book
• Creative, outside-the-box problem solving
• Coachability and a strong work ethic
• Former college athlete a plus

Compensation

Base salary· No cap on commission · Unlimited earning potential
