This is an excellent, full-time opportunity for an experienced lender—or someone with a strong mortgage lending background who is interested in expanding into commercial and business lending. Requirements What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers. Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound calling. Meet with individuals and business owners to identify lending and financial needs. Originate and manage consumer, mortgage, and/or commercial loans based on experience and qualifications. Work with experienced lenders and bank leadership to develop knowledge and expertise in mortgage, commercial and business lending. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lending process. Represent the Bank in the community and build relationships that support continued growth. What We’re Looking For Mortgage and/or commercial lending experience preferred. A strong interest in developing new business and growing customer relationships. Comfortable reaching out to prospective customers, making calls, and actively seeking opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented.
