Your Role: The Sr. Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, equipment servicing, basic wiring and mechanical and HVAC maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance service and repairs in the area of plumbing, carpentry, painting, equipment servicing, basic wiring and mechanical and HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Perform scheduling, PM's, repairs, and support utility.
• Responsible for the care and maintenance of utilities systems; WFI, RO/DI, Clean Steam Generator, Plant Steam Generator and Processed Air.
• Familiar with variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks.
• Make daily inspections of equipment and service, execute preventative maintenance and general work requests.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Perform "On Call" responsibilities, weekends and after hours
• Maintain repair and preventative maintenance records.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment associated with maintenance work.
• Troubleshoots and performs various repairs on utilities, laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Confers with vendors, contractors, and other departments.
• Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and four to six years of experience in maintenance trades, and trade knowledge in a specialized field or process; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This role is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless otherwise stated by Supervisor. The employee must also, if instructed, have the ability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary. Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The compensation range for this role is $31.15 - $38.94 hourly depending on experience and qualifications.
