Finish Carpenter / Painter (Interior & Trim Specialist) Location: St. Louis, MO Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $24–$32/hour (based on experience) Kennedy Painting is a locally owned St. Louis company, in business since 1998, specializing in residential and commercial repainting with light carpentry work that supports our projects. We’re looking to add a Finish Carpenter focused on interior and exterior trim, detailed prep, and minor repairs. Our work is primarily in occupied homes and commercial spaces, so attention to detail and professionalism are important. We do not work on new construction or apartment painting projects. All work is completed by our in-house team, no subcontractors. What You’ll Be Doing Install and repair interior and exterior trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing, and siding details Complete exterior carpentry work including wood rot repair, siding replacement, and molding upgrades Perform detailed prep work to support clean, long-lasting paint finishes Handle minor repairs such as drywall patching, adjustments, and general carpentry fixes Work alongside painters and crew leaders to complete projects efficiently Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional What We’re Looking For 2+ years of finish carpentry, trim, or general construction experience Experience with exterior repairs (wood rot, siding, trim) is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Professional attitude on job sites Pay & Benefits $24–$32/hour depending on experience Weekly pay Paid time off and holidays Health benefits and 401(k) options Opportunities for advancement Apply Today If this sounds like a fit, we’d be happy to talk with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kennedy Painting LLC
