Job Summary
The CT Technologist position is based in a small community healthcare facility offering diagnostic imaging services. The role involves independently performing computed tomography (CT) procedures using established protocols, including contrast administration. The technologist will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient care while maintaining compliance with departmental standards and safety protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of accredited CNMT program; CT registry must be acquired within 18 months of the primary registry date or date of hire if already obtained; 2 years of experience; licenses and certifications including ARRT Certificate, Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC), Basic Life Support (BLS), and PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CT scanners; experience in a small community hospital setting; familiarity with emergency procedures such as stroke protocols.
• Additional Information: The role involves working with another technologist and a Technical assistant. Candidates should demonstrate excellent patient interaction skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. No call weekend requirements or travel involved.
