Store Operations

Ensure the store consistently reflects Johnston & Murphy's premium brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards, creating an inviting shopping environment, and leading efficient day-to-day operations that support both the customer experience and business goals.

Business Performance

Take ownership of your store's success by using sales insights and performance metrics to drive results, improve productivity, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional appearance and willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
