Senior Civil Engineer

Are you a motivated civil engineer with strong leadership and communication skills?

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor the civil team in both municipal and site development practices
Manage multi-discipline infrastructure projects from proposals to delivery
Coordinate work across offices with the Director of Civil Engineering
Develop project managers and foster leadership growth
Serve as a technical resource for project teams
Promote continuous improvement and collaboration
Support business development and client relationship efforts
Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin (required)
Minimum 8 years of civil design experience (municipal and/or site development)
Proven leadership and team management experience
