About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Service Operations to lead the operational performance, standardization, and continuous improvement of its service organization. The successful candidate will be the functional leader for service across all divisions, accountable for the enterprise service operating model, service KPIs, workforce capability, and the development and delivery of intelligent service offerings. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise service operational and financial performance, improving customer outcomes, and enabling profitable recurring revenue growth. The Vice President will also be responsible for service operational excellence, workforce development, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional development. Applicants must have a BS in engineering, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale service operations, particularly in the building automation, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or related technical services industry. The role requires a proven track record in leading multi-location service organizations, developing and implementing enterprise-wide operating standards, and leading KPI-driven operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and business acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build cross-functional partnerships. Experience in digital service transformation and a background in continuous improvement methodologies are also essential.
