Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on-site in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will operate and program CNC lathes, ensure precision and quality in production, and perform routine equipment maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machinery, machining components according to specifications, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling
• Experience in operating various types of Machinery
• Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure precision and conformity with specifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting production standards
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance
• Previous experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
