Construction Claims Coordinator

Karvo Companies, Inc. Karvo Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Claims Coordinator to support our operations team by managing, tracking, and coordinating construction-related claims and project documentation. This position plays a key role in protecting company interests while maintaining strong communication between project teams, subcontractors, clients, and insurance representatives. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage construction claims documentation, reporting, and tracking Assist with gathering project records including daily reports, photos, schedules, contracts, and correspondence Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, insurance carriers, and legal representatives as needed Maintain accurate claim files and ensure timely submission of required documentation Track claim statuses, deadlines, and resolutions Support risk management and compliance initiatives across active projects Review incident reports and assist with follow-up investigations Prepare summaries, reports, and claim-related correspondence Assist with administrative duties related to project and operations support Qualifications Previous experience in construction administration, claims coordination, risk management, or related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Knowledge of heavy highway or civil construction industry is a plus Why Join Karvo Companies?
