Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Liberty, NY. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and supporting positive patient outcomes in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and perform comprehensive patient assessments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions and clinical progress Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Respond to patient needs and medical emergencies promptly Ensure accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or Compact State BLS/CPR certification required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or hospital settings preferred Shift Options:
