Responsibilities Task management of Transportation design projects. Supervision of support staff and document production. Monitoring budgets and schedules. Assisting with and collaborating with team members on the marketing of new projects. Interfacing with clients. Required Skills & Experience BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering. 5+ years of progressive experience in the design of highways, roads and greenways, preferably in North Carolina. PE required or ability to obtain within six months. Experience with NCDOT projects preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MicroStation or ORD.
