Job Description Our agency is seeking a confident, motivated, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an In-Office Life Insurance Sales Representative. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Develop and maintain client relationships. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals. Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must have ability to multi-task. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Create relationships from a cold start. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
