This position sits at the intersection of accounting and FP& A , with heavy exposure to:

• Annual operating plan development
• Monthly forecasting
• Variance analysis vs. forecast, plan, and prior year
• Management reporting
• Business unit financial performance support

You’ll be a go-to finance partner for leadership, helping them understand where the business is trending, what’s driving results, and where course correction is needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business leaders on the annual budget and monthly forecast
• Performing detailed variance analysis and clearly explaining drivers behind results
• Preparing financial reporting for assigned business units
• Supporting the monthly close , including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assisting with forecast updates and departmental planning
• Preparing management reports highlighting performance against plan, forecast, and prior year
• Supporting audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance
• Identifying process improvements and delivering ad hoc financial analysis

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance leaders
• GAAP knowledge preferred
• ERP experience is a plus
