They generate over $150m/year in annual revenue, specializing in residential, commercial, healthcare, academic, and government projects. Over 80% of the business comes from repeat clients, and only 20% from bid-work.This Lead Project Manager will manage medium to large-scale construction projects ($20M+) across Southern MA, Cape Cod, and Martha's Vineyard. - Oversee all phases of ($20M+) construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience being the LEAD Project Manager on projects
- Experience with high-budget projects, with a minimum value of $15 million.
- Experience with full financial control over projects, including procurement, budget, cash flow projections, and project closeout.
