Customer Service Account Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Account Specialist positions in Bridgewater, NJ. Responsibilities:

· Accountable for customer facing activities and customer experience, acting as a single point of contact for customers while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

· Run Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Customer Service Management activities, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions and inquiries

· Enter and maintain customer information in CRM systems, including Service Cloud, while scheduling follow-up actions and supporting customer retention

· Collaborate with Supply Chain, CSX, CoE, GBS+, and other internal departments to meet customer expectations and business needs

Requirements:

· High School Diploma required

· 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, or customer-facing operations

· Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, ERP systems such as SAP, and cloud-based solutions such as Service Cloud

· Supply Chain understanding; Spanish or French speaking skills are a plus

· Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office and balance remote)

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
