Revenue Integrity Operations Manager

Leading Charge Description Master (CDM) strategy and compliance initiatives, the remote Revenue Integrity & CDM Operations Manager will optimize revenue integrity processes and collaborate with finance, compliance, clinical, and IT teams in a contract role. Key responsibilities Oversee the strategic maintenance and optimization of the Charge Description Master (CDM) Collaborate with various teams to enhance revenue integrity processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Conduct audits and analyze reimbursement trends to identify opportunities for charge capture accuracy and operational improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Revenue Integrity, CDM management, or healthcare reimbursement Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and payer reimbursement methodologies Experience with hospital billing systems and EMR platforms, preferably Epic Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
