Lead Barista

Lead Barista Lead barista responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with onboarding, taking food and beverage orders, maintaining product knowledge, serving food and beverages, creating quality beverages, adhering to liquor laws, maintaining products, managing order times, washing and sterilizing equipment, responding to guest comments, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring equipment safety, and maintaining communication with departments. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, state-issued food handling and beverage certifications, 6+ months of related cafe or hospitality experience, ability to read and interpret documents, effective communication skills, computer and POS system operation, and basic math skills.
