Cementing Bulk Plant OperatorFieldBridge is looking for a Cementing Bulk Plant Operator in Midland, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay/Schedule: $16.50 - $23.00/hour | Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off | 12-hour shifts. Great OT. At $23/hr and 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,438 gross.Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to manage bulk plant facilities and support the safe, efficient delivery of prepared cementing products and bulk materials to wellsites in the Midland, TX area. In this role, you will be responsible for blending and mixing bulk products, maintaining quality control, coordinating logistics with the PSD and Logistics Team, and ensuring all operations comply with HSE policies and governmental regulations. This position also includes assisting in the training of other operators and trainees and participating in continuous improvement programs.Key ResponsibilitiesBlend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite on time and according to job program design, checking and calculating quantities of material blends required prior to loadingFollow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the logistics teamAssist in conducting monthly inventory counts and complete daily paperwork for goods received and shippedLabel and store additives safely, ensure proper disposal of empty drums and pails, and maintain bulk plant equipment through daily inspectionsParticipate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs while observing all HSE policies and PPE requirementsRequired QualificationsPrior experience in a bulk plant, heavy industrial, or oilfield operations environment preferredStrong attention to detail for accurate blending, loading, and documentationAbility to perform basic math calculations for material quantity verificationCommitment to HSE compliance and proper PPE use at all timesAbility to work 12-hour shifts on a 15 days on / 6 days off rotationMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureVEVRAA Federal Contractor.
