We are one of the fastest-growing home care companies in Oklahoma City, and we're looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Professional who can help us grow referrals, convert leads, and keep our office moving fast.
This is NOT a sit-back-and-watch-the-clock position.
We want someone hungry to succeed, motivated by results, and passionate about helping seniors and families.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Handle incoming leads and turn inquiries into clients
• Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and referral sources
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups daily
• Help grow census and drive revenue
• Coordinate with caregivers and office staff to ensure excellent service
• Track sales activity and maintain strong communication

• Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
