This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Your key responsibilities· Validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources. Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and operational insights within complex dataset· Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support audits, reviews, and operational assessments· Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.· Create visualizations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support organizational performance measurement efforts· Recommend improvements to reporting processes and visualization standards· Translate business questions into analytical solutions. Present findings, recommendations, and methodologies to stakeholderSkills and attributes for success· Create visualizations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders. Experience writing tests, participating in code reviews· Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources. Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and operational insights within complex datasets· Seeking out information to learn about emerging methodologies and technologies· Clarifying problems by driving to understand the true issue· Experience collaborating, influencing, and building consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening· Solving problems by incorporating data into decision makingTo qualify for the role, you must have· Bachelor's degree· Must have an active Top Secret clearance· 1-3 years of related experience with Power BI SQL Microsoft Excel Data visualization techniques Data analysis methodologies Experience working with large and complex datasets· Must be comfortable working in-person as needed in the Washington, DC areaIdeally, you’ll also have· Bachelor’s Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines· Data Engineering Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines. · Experience with Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies. · Experience with Python for data processing and automation. · Experience optimizing database and reporting performance. The base salary range for this job is: New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $107,100 to $160,400Bay Area California offices – $111,500 to $167,100All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $89,200 to $147,000 Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
