Elementary Instructional Facilitator
Hastings Public Schools
The primary focus of this position will be to support teachers in the areas of reading and math instruction, as well as classroom management. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a deep understanding of elementary education principles, instructional strategies, and classroom dynamics. They should be passionate about helping educators enhance their teaching practices and ultimately improve student learning outcomes.
