Strategic Planner

Client is seeking a qualified individual to support the implementation teams assigned to each strategic goal by:

Developing and coordinating work plans related to the agency strategic goals and objectives.
Identification of common activities across goals and to leverage resources/processes to avoid duplication of efforts.
Develop surveys, collect data/information, and assist in establishing infrastructure/processes to manage strategic plan initiatives.
Assist teams with scheduling/coordinating various monthly meetings/activities, publish agenda, take meeting notes/minutes, track action items.
Assist in refining quarterly/monthly reporting tools that can be leveraged for annual reporting to both internal/external stakeholders to include milestones, resources, and tracking of risks related to achieving milestones.
Assist communications team in developing communication throughout the first year of implementation.
Development of various presentations and other materials as needed.
Assistance in drafting requests for proposals as needed in each goal area.
