Truck Driver CDL A Regional

Ryder is hiring a Floater Class A CDL Truck Driver in Idaho Falls, ID. The role offers weekly pay (approximately $300 per day, $1500 per week), flexible scheduling, paid training, and requires experience and endorsements. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines. Detect and minimize safety hazards. Maintain accurate records and logs. Load or unload freight, or assist in loading/unloading as required by the customer. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 21 years of age. Pass a Ryder drug test. Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years. Pass a DOT physical. Pass a Ryder road test. Provide an appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position. Have verifiable Class A experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions. Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures. Additional Screening Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or background or badging requirements imposed by the customer.
