Travel CT Technologist - Quincy, MA

Hours/Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• Nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7:00pm to 7:00am
• Occasional rotating shifts as needed

As a traveling CT technologist, you'll work directly under the guidance of experienced CT leadership, performing advanced diagnostic procedures to support top-quality patient care. Encounter a variety of workplace methods, gain familiarity with leading imaging equipment, and strengthen your professional adaptability while advancing your expertise.


Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy
• Ensure excellent patient care and a positive patient experience throughout each procedure
• Accurately administer IV and oral/GI contrasts as required for imaging protocols
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations, utilizing sound judgement and effective communication
• Document procedures in EMR systems, including Epic and Visage
• Adhere to department policies, protocols, and best practice guidelines
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational abilities, and a positive, solutions-oriented demeanor

Qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) certification and current Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography
• GE CT scanner experience preferred, but not required
• At least one year of CT experience preferred (willing to consider less for qualified candidates)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in EMR documentation
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
