Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Install, modify, and improve production equipment Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime Complete maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety standards Partner with production and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and performance What We're Looking For Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with automated processing and packaging equipment Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills Valid Driver's License Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching Comfortable working around moving machinery and industrial equipment Ability to work in varying temperatures and food production environments Build a Career, Not Just a Job At Plenus Group, we understand that skilled maintenance professionals are essential to our success.
