Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes!**Essential Responsibilities:*** Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.* Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.* Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.* Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.* Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)**Qualifications:*** Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.* Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.* Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.* Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
