You will focus on the full life cycle of projects from initial concept design through testing and eventual deployment. You will be responsible for the proactive identification of project risks, assess quantitative data, develop presentations and dashboards to communicate project status to sponsors, manage project budgets, develop and track detailed schedules, monitor and manage scope change, assess risk and facilitate mitigation plans, and manage stakeholder communications. The world can’t wait.You Have:8+ years of experience with technical and weapon or energetic system projects, and successfully delivering facility and equipment projects on-time and within budget5+ years of experience in a project management roleExperience with project management and development, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks leading to successful product developmentExperience developing resources, quality plans, schedules, and tracking or monitoring budgets for energetic weapon or explosive systems workExperience executing unique requirements necessary for facility and equipment modernizationExperience with technical writing and editingAbility to work with multiple stakeholders with differing perspectives and priorities, focus on the mission and display a sense of urgencyAbility to determine client business and technical requirementsSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in an Engineering fieldNice If You Have:Experience in coordinating with Naval Commands, construction contractors, and other government facilities groupsExperience writing and interpreting statements of work and subcontractsExperience using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or Power BIExperience with risk managementPossession of excellent communication skillsProject Management Professional CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
