Senior Manager, Quality Operations

To enhance value-based care initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Quality Operations will manage the Population Health strategies, oversee teams focused on clinical quality, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Drive clinical quality strategy by aligning contract requirements with performance opportunities and serving as the internal subject matter expert on key clinical quality metrics Lead strategic projects that advance core Population Health initiatives across quality, cost, and operational efficiency Manage and mentor teams of Population Health Advisors and Clinical Quality Associates to implement market-specific strategies and achieve population health goals Required qualifications Master's degree in Public Health, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant program preferred, or equivalent relevant experience 4+ years of relevant working experience, including people management Strong knowledge of population health management and value-based care Experience with Quality programs such as MSSP or HEDIS strongly preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
