Technical Software Implementation Specialist Remote. Full‑time exempt position located in the United States. Overview Fluxx seeks a Technical Software Implementation Specialist to serve on the Customer Onboarding Team. You will become a product expert, translate customer business needs into scalable solutions, configure the platform, manage data migrations, and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities Become a Fluxx product expert and create strong project timelines. Translate customer business requirements into Fluxx solutions using platform functionality. Configure the system to meet customer needs and manage multiple concurrent implementations. Execute data migrations in partnership with the Data Specialist, including readiness, execution, and iteration. Oversee project scope, timelines, and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with product, support, engineering, and other teams. Educate customers on how to use the software and personalize system features. Communicate status to stakeholders and manage documentation for the project. Qualifications 3‑5 years of professional experience configuring software solutions and eliciting customer requirements. Experience with agile project management and previous project management roles. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate user scenarios into technical solutions. Experience with data migration processes and principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak with technical and non‑technical audiences. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask and meet deadlines. Team player and leader with strong interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving mindset and creativity in overcoming challenges. Familiarity with grant management and CRM/grantmaking software (Fluxx Grantmaker) is a plus. Familiarity with scripting such as CSS, HTML, Liquid, or Ruby is a plus. Compensation Expected annual base salary: $100,000 – $108,000. Based on location, candidate experience, and skills. We offer a market‑based compensation model aligned with labor cost zones.
