You’ll be working in a healthcare administrative environment supporting patient services and medical documentation processing. This role is a mix of clerical support, patient access, and customer service , ensuring accurate handling of medical records and documentation in a fast‑paced setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Medical documentation:
• Process and fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB‑92 forms, and itemized statements
• Clerical support:
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, indexing, and organizing documents
• Mail handling:
• Sort, track, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Claims & records processing:
• Work with claims from multiple sources and manage electronic files and work queues
• Customer service:
• Support internal teams and external partners by providing accurate and timely information
• Accuracy matters:
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is processed correctly and efficiently

Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

• High school diploma
• Previous administrative or office support experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and research information when needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with EPIC system
• Healthcare or patient access experience
• Strong customer service background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Data entry and 10-key experience

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday (full-time)
• Shift starts between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
• Various departmental schedules available based on placement

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, NH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
