- Provide inpatient ICU care, averaging 7 patients daily.
- Work 12-hour day shifts, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, including weekends.
- Focus entirely on inpatient critical care, no outpatient responsibilities.
- No additional call requirements.
- MD/DO with critical care experience.
- Open to visa candidates, visa sponsorship available.
- Base salary: $550,000 - $600,000 (depending on experience and FMV) plus productivity bonus based on collections.
- Health insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- CME allowance.
- Relocation reimbursement and sign-on bonus.
- Malpractice insurance coverage.
