Project Manager IIIThe Project Manager III will support large-scale warehouse deployment and logistics-related projects tied to a major enterprise customer program. This role is responsible for managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. The position is primarily internally focused, partnering with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams to provide updates, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple logistics and warehouse deployment projects simultaneouslyBuild and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverable trackingCoordinate across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project execution stays on trackMonitor shipment, deployment, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time completionIdentify risks, delays, and issues; proactively communicate status updates to leadershipProvide structured updates that support internal reporting and customer communicationsReview work orders or statements of work (SOWs) to understand scope, deliverables, and timelinesPartner with logistics vendors and internal teams to resolve delays and maintain progressUtilize Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to track projects and communicate progressQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline2-7+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing projectsProven experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving scope, schedule, budget, and risk managementStrong client relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholdersExperience developing project plans from Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, or customer requirementsDemonstrated success managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, billing, and resource planningProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completionExperience handling project escalations, change management, and complex stakeholder situationsStrong communication, presentation, and consensus-building skillsAdvanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesAbility to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfactionStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environmentThis is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
