Develop individualized plans of care for each client based on data analysis and current scientific findings. Provide interventions focused on achieving realistic client outcomes. Report changes to update plans of care to reflect progress toward goals. Administer medications as needed. Maintain client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations. Initiate referrals as needed to other health team members. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR certification. Access to reliable transportation. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Knowledge of safety and infection control practices. Compensation Starting wage $42/hour to $52/hour.
