Cloud Back-End Engineer

Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities include:

• Strong back-end development experience using C# and.NET
• Experience designing and developing cloud-native applications and microservices
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and high-availability architectures
• Experience working with cloud-native databases such as: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions: OAuth2, JWT, SSO, LDAP
• Knowledge of caching and performance optimization techniques, including Redis, Memcached, and asynchronous processing
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development
• Experience with Kubernetes or another container orchestration platform
• Experience with cloud security best practices and secure application development
• Familiarity with monitoring cloud resource consumption and performance optimization (FinOps concepts)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Additional experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, serverless computing, event-driven architectures, cloud observability platforms, cloud cost optimization, and AI-assisted development tools. Experience supporting large-scale, globally distributed cloud applications is highly preferred.
