Entry Level Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

ProSidian is seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk for program support on a contract located in Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare, review, and process invoices.
• Maintain billing records and files.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with customers.

Qualifications

• 12 years billing or accounting support experience.
• High school diploma or GED; accounting coursework preferred.

Skills Required

• Data accuracy, MS Excel proficiency, communication.

Competencies Required

• Attention to detail, organization, integrity.

Other Details

• Works with AR department to ensure timely payments.
