Key Responsibilities: This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. Responsibilities: Performs moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data according to the established guidelines and procedures Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service Reviews and approves required account documentation Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units Maintains knowledge of operational processes and assists in training less experienced team members Skills: Account Management Attention to Detail Customer and Client Focus Written Communications Analytical Thinking Oral Communications Prioritization Problem Solving Collaboration Recording/Organizing Information Research Result Orientation LOB Description: The Institutional Trust Operations group is responsible for plan and account level onboarding and maintenance requests for a verity of retirement plan products. Tasks include opening accounts per governing instrument and making any necessary data updates to existing accounts, Unique Assets analysis and updates, Private Bank system maintenance, Class Action reviews and various reporting requests. The Information Management Analyst is responsible for several tasks to ensure the success of the business. Tasks can include but are not limited to creating, maintaining, and analysis of trust statements; the creation of excel based reporting; oversight of end-to-end projects impacting the business; other business support functions and duties as requested by management. This position may be required to perform duties across the teams to assist during peak volumes. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Excellent time management skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Self-starter attitude; Demonstrates initiative while working independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to influence, challenge, and negotiate to keep all parties engaged in the process. Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job related duties efficiently while exercising sound judgment to ensure all quality measurements, deadlines and business objectives are met Desired Qualifications: Retirement plan administration experience Experience with retirement plan Internal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply.
