Our receptionist is often the first voice our customers hear and the first face they see — so we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, stays organized, and can keep things moving in a busy office environment.What You'll DoAnswer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficientlyGreet customers, vendors, applicants, and visitorsTake accurate messages and route calls to the appropriate team memberAssist customers with basic questions and help direct their needsSupport our dispatch, service, accounting, and management teamsEnter and update customer information accuratelyAssist with filing, scanning, emails, paperwork, and general office organizationHelp maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional front officeHandle multiple tasks while staying calm, friendly, and organizedProvide additional administrative support as neededWhat We're Looking ForExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skillsFriendly, professional, and confident communicationDependable attendance and strong work ethicStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with computers, email, and basic office softwareAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to help wherever neededPrevious receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is a plusYou May Be A Great Fit If…You're the person who notices when something needs to be done — and handles it.
