Position Description We are looking for a Civil/Structural Substation Engineer to join our ICE Team and improve infrastructure in our Michigan offices. The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and have five to ten years of experience with high voltage substation design. Substation design encompasses distribution, sub‑transmission, and transmission level voltage classes. Experience with Bentley ProjectWise, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu PDF Editor is required. Experience with STAAD, MathCAD, LPILE, RISA, or equivalent engineering software is also required. Some travel will be required for this role. A professional Engineering License is required. The candidate must be self‑motivated, work well with others, and possess excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible work schedule (hybrid or remote) is available.
