Alvita Care is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers for a male client in Great Neck and surrounding Nassau County communities.
Pay: $19.65$22.00/hour (depending on the case)
Ideal for caregivers from nearby, including Great Neck, Port Washington, Manhasset, Roslyn, Garden City, New Hyde Park, Mineola, Williston Park, Albertson, Floral Park, Glen Cove, Sea Cliff, Bayside, Douglaston, Little Neck, and Flushing.

Qualifications
- Valid NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate required
- Must live in Nassau County / Great Neck area
- Must be available for Saturday and Sunday cases
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
- Discreet and professional in all communications
- Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred
- Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license a plus
- Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
- Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases

About Alvita Care: A mission-driven Home Healthcare & Personal Care Agency with 4 branches and 500+ caregivers. We specialize in In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management, and hold The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. All clients are private-pay (no Medicare/Medicaid).
We offer both private-duty one-on-one cases and facility-based care. All applicants complete a phone screening to ensure a good fit for both caregiver and client. Cases are only available to caregivers who complete onboarding.
