Webber - Field Engineer - Heavy Civil

Position Overview Field Engineer at Webber, a Ferrovial company, responsible for supporting project execution at construction sites and facilitating communication between the site and the office. Responsibilities Act as liaison between construction site and office, supporting the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. Provide production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, and implementation of project data. Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans, ensuring maximum field efficiency. Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed. Analyze and compare budgeted versus actual production rates and material yields. Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications. Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
