Stay informed on local market trends to serve as a trusted real estate advisor. Qualifications Active DC/VA/MD real estate license. Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate sales experience. Proven track record of successfully closing transactions and delivering exceptional client service. Experience on a real estate team preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
