• Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in order processing and shipping, particularly with UPS, FedEx, and some familiarity with DHL.

- Experience with resource planning systems, ideally similar to Great Plains.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Experience in handling high-volume email communication and follow-up.

- Some phone experience is also preferred.
