Competitive pay range NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professional Location: Henryville, PA Shift: Part-Time, Full-Time, Weekday, Weekend and Evenings Immediate openings: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm and Wednesday 11am-7pmTraditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated home care agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, behavioral diagnoses, etc. Job duties include:Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)CompanionshipAppropriate communication/social skilledLight housekeeping and choresEnsuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skillsMeeting individual goals and outcomesPromoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)Position requirements:High School Diploma or GEDPrior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)Mobile device & EVV requirements:This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care/home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours.
