Senior Product Manager, AI Agents - Traba

Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for AI Agent solutions that optimize industrial supply‑chain operations. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate market and customer insights into feature specifications and AI model requirements. Prioritize product backlog based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality releases. Partner with sales, customer success, and operations to gather feedback, validate use cases, and drive adoption across manufacturing and logistics clients. Monitor product performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on AI models to continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML‑enabled enterprise software or industrial technology. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, machine‑learning pipelines, and API‑first integration architectures. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver complex technical products. Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills, with experience using analytics tools to measure product impact.
