Entry-Level Sales Account Representative

Lion Rise Enterprise Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Account Representatives to join our growing sales and customer-acquisition team.

This is a customer-facing sales position focused on building relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting products and services, and supporting new customer acquisition. You will develop practical sales skills through hands-on experience, coaching, and day-to-day interaction with customers.

About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales Account Representative, you will represent Lion Rise Enterprise and its business partners through professional customer interactions and sales conversations.

You will learn how to identify opportunities, communicate product and service value, build customer relationships, and support sales growth. You will also receive ongoing coaching designed to help you strengthen your communication, sales, and business-development skills.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with prospective and existing customers through professional, face-to-face sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
• Explain product and service features, benefits, and pricing accurately.
• Present available solutions and answer customer questions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Generate and support new customer opportunities through direct sales activities.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers as appropriate.
• Represent Lion Rise Enterprise and its business partners professionally.
• Identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions using applicable company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and professional-development activities.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to support sales and business-development initiatives.
• Take ownership of individual responsibilities, performance, and professional development.
• Apply coaching and feedback to continually improve sales and communication skills.

Compensation

$10.00–$25.00 per hour in hourly wages, plus commissions and applicable bonuses.

For a standard 40-hour workweek, the stated hourly range is equivalent to approximately $400–$1,000 in hourly wages per week , before commissions and applicable bonuses.

Employees are paid hourly wages for hours worked in accordance with applicable federal, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia wage-and-hour requirements. Overtime, when applicable, is paid in accordance with applicable law.

Additional compensation may be available through the company's commission and bonus programs. Actual total earnings will vary based on hours worked, individual sales performance, commissions earned, and applicable bonuses.

Compensation is based on the established pay structure for the position and is not based on an applicant's current or prior salary history.
