Job Summary

The Caregiver provides personal care, homemaker, and companion services in accordance with each client's individualized care plan while working in the comfort of the client's home.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Housekeeping

Meal preparation

Transportation

Companionship

Personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)

Memory care

Professional communication with clients, families, and team members

Qualifications

Reliable vehicle

Valid driver's license

Current auto insurance

Clean driving record

Prior home care experience is a plus

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and provide ethical, compassionate care
